The length of a classic jersey dress just sits above the knee and although it is a dress, it is quite loose on the bodice and clingy on the upper extremities. This makes for one very unflattering fashion wear. So unless if you want to wear something like a shapewear underneath it, maybe just forego the dress and choose something else in your wardrobe.
