New Rules Enforced On Kate Middleton After What Meghan Markle Did

No Autographs

We all know that the Royal Family are celebrities in their own right. However, they usually never get any perks of fame and fortune. Under the rules of the crown, Kate Middleton can only sign official documents previously authorized by Queen Elizabeth II.
