Career

Turner was waived by the Orioles and optioned down to Triple-A Buffalo in 2010. Turner was called to the Mets and Nick Evans was sent down to Buffalo on June 16.

After designating Brad Emaus as an assignment on April 19, 2011, Turner was called back by the Mets. Aneury Rodrigo gave him his first major league home run against the Houston Astros, on May 15, 2011.
